01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and vip3 with respect to your use of the vip3 platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses or browses the vip3 website.

By creating a vip3 account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by vip3, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the vip3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of vip3, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the vip3 platform;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by vip3 or any relevant gaming authority.

vip3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the vip3 platform, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your vip3 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential;
• Notify vip3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

vip3 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended pending resolution.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vip3 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). vip3 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• InstaPay: Available for participating Philippine banks

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum single deposit: ₱500,000;
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal: ₱200,000 per transaction;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval;
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed on the same business day if submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST);
• vip3 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees;
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• vip3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits may be subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. vip3 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is found to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

vip3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all vip3 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion;

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the vip3 platform — including the Color Game, live casino tables, slots, Bingo, Callbreak, Tennis betting, and all sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

vip3 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment:

• All random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited;

• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sporting event or governing body;

07 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the vip3 platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward vip3 staff or other players;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the vip3 platform — including but not limited to the vip3 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vip3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vip3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vip3 content without prior written consent;
• Use the vip3 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose;

Any unauthorized use of vip3's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by vip3.

09 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vip3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vip3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions;

vip3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vip3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

vip3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vip3 reasonably believes that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
• Failed to meet or maintain the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

You may close your vip3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed or terminated.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to vip3's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for such purposes.
